NIDUS Webinar: Development and Use of the UB-CAM in Practice and Research

Despite growing awareness of delirium and its associated adverse outcomes, case identification remains a challenge, particularly in clinical settings. To address this challenge, we developed the Ultra-brief (UB)-CAM, which uses adaptive testing to determine the presence or absence of delirium in slightly over one minute.

In this webinar, Dr. Ed Marcantonio will:

1. Describe development, implementation and evaluation of the UB-CAM in clinical settings.
2. Use the UB-CAM app and training videos to provide attendees an opportunity to use the UB-CAM.
3. Discuss potential next steps after delirium is identified.
