AGS CoCare®: HELP (Hospital Elder Life Program) will hold a Special Interest Group Meeting on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 6PM-7PM (CT) at the AGS Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL.
Participants can join in to listen, share, network and learn more about AGS CoCare®: HELP.
AGS CoCare®: HELP is an innovative model of hospital care which helps prevent delirium and functional decline among older individuals in the hospital inpatient setting. AGS CoCare®: HELP uses an interdisciplinary team and targeted intervention protocols to improve patients’ outcomes and provide cost-effective care.
