The AGS CoCare®: HELP Pre-Conference will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025 from 7am–5pm CT at the AGS 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting in Chicago, IL.
What is AGS CoCare®: HELP?
Developed by Dr. Sharon K. Inouye, MD, MPH, over 20 years ago, the AGS CoCare®: HELP program model has been clinically proven to reduce delirium, prevent functional disease, and lower hospital costs. At the same time, the program improves the overall quality of hospital care and satisfaction for older patients.
The program promotes “age-friendly health systems.” Specifically, its protocols focus on the 4Ms of age-friendly care: What Matters, Mentation, Medications, and Mobility.
