The AGS CoCare®: HELP (Hospital Elder Life Program) Special Interest Group will host a special session entitled Prevent Delirium and Functional Decline. The sessions facilitator will be Lyn Weinberg, MD (AGS CoCare®: HELP Advisory Board Member; Medical Director of HELP (Center of Excellence), Allegheny Health Network; Director, Division of Geriatrics Allegheny Health Network, Pittsburgh, PA). In addition, Dr. Sharon K. Inouye (Hebrew SeniorLife, Harvard University), the founder of HELP will be in the session.
