On Monday, October 7, 2024, the AGS CoCare®: HELP GSA Special Interest Group will a special session on the Hospital Elder Life Program. Attendees will hear how one AGS CoCare®: HELP site got started and how they overcame barriers. In addition, the session will also discuss generial guidelines for starting an AGS CoCare®: HELP Program. Finally, there will be an open discussion and Q&A time.
